Ship Kit comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. This page explains exactly how it works, with no fine print designed to trap you.
The 14-day guarantee
If the Kit isn't what you needed, email us within 14days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You don't need to justify your reasons. We'd rather give your money back than have you stuck with something that doesn't fit.
How to request a refund
Email hello@betterauth.app from the address you bought with, within 14 days, and include your order ID (it's on your receipt). That's all we need.
What happens next
- We confirm your request and ask our merchant of record (MoR) to process the refund — refunds are issued by the MoR back to your original payment method.
- Your license is terminated and your access to the private repository is revoked. A refund means you no longer hold a license to use the Kit.
- The refund typically appears within a few business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Crypto payments
Crypto purchases are eligible for the same 14-day guarantee. Because crypto is involved, a refund is sent to a wallet address you provide, at the value of the original payment in USD. Network fees may apply.
After the window
After 14days the sale is final, since you keep lifetime access to the source. If something is genuinely broken in the Kit, that's a support matter — tell us and we'll fix it, regardless of the date.
Why we can offer this
The setup is one command and the happy path is covered by an end-to-end test suite, so the Kit works on a fresh clone. Refunds are the exception, not the funnel — see the FAQ for more.
